At Toad&Co, we stand by our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you don't love your gear, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 90 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, or choose a QR code option for a printer-less experience at participating locations.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
